Abstract

Administration in an agency or institution cannot be separated from filing letters, such as incoming and outgoing letters. Administration of filing and management of letters is a very important activity, because good letter management can maintain the integrity of information. Educational facilities are one of the determining factors for the success of education. Completeness and availability of educational facilities greatly affect the effectiveness and smoothness of learning. The development of the application system aims to create an administrative application system, especially in the management of letter archives and inventory of infrastructure. The web-based application system is implemented using the PHP and MySql programming languages. The application design was developed using the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method, with design tools using UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams, testing using blackbox testing. The mail management application system can manage incoming mail data, outgoing mail data, print expedited mail, print outgoing mail, and print mail reports. The infrastructure facility inventory application system can manage infrastructure data, infrastructure submission data, infrastructure loan data, and reports related to infrastructure inventory. With the development of this application, mail and inventory management is more secure, data transparency and mail accountability.
