Perceived Organizational Support dan Self-Compassion pada Penyesuaian Diri Karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to prove the relationship between perceived organizational support and self-compassion with self-adjustment in employees. This study uses quantitative methods with the research population being all production employees at a PT in Central Java. The research subjects amounted to 91 employees who were taken using a purposive sampling technique. The research data were collected using the self-adjustment scale measuring instrument (α = 0.937), perceived organizational support scale (α = 0.930), and self-compassion scale (α = 0.915). Multiple linear regression tests showed that perceived organizational support and self-compassion were able to significantly influence employee self-adjustment (p<0.05) by 56.6%. A partial correlation test also found a relationship between perceived organizational support and employee self-adjustment (p<0.05) and a relationship between self-compassion and employee self-adjustment (p<0.05). This study concludes that there is a significant influence between perceived organizational support and self-compassion with employee self-adjustment.
