Abstract

Percepção de trabalhadores sobre o Programa 5SResumo O Programa 5S propicia o emprego de cinco sensos que ocasionam a mudança cultural dentro da organização e em razão disso traz importantes benefícios no ambiente de trabalho, solidificando um apoio cultural essencial para que outros programas de qualidade possam ser implantados com sucesso. Este estudo visou à elaboração e a aplicação de um questionário sobre o Programa 5S de uma empresa de chicotes elétricos de uma cidade de Santa Catarina, com o propósito de analisar a percepção dos funcionários e a eficácia do treinamento que receberam previamente. O questionário foi aplicado a 500 trabalhadores de chão de fábrica. Através da análise das respostas dos questionários foi possível evidenciar a desmotivação dos funcionários e o conceito errôneo formado sobre o Programa 5S.Palavras-chave: Programa 5S. Indústria. AbstractThe 5S Program provides the employment of five senses that bring about cultural change within the organization and therefore brings important benefits to the work environment, solidifying essential cultural support so that other quality programs can be successfully implemented. This study aimed at the elaboration and the application of a questionnaire about the 5S program of an electric whip company in a city of Santa Catarina, in order to analyze the perception of employees and effectiveness of the training they previously received. The questionnaire was applied to 500 factory floor workers. Through the analysis of the answers of the questionnaires it was possible to show the demotivation of the employees and the erroneous concept formed about the 5S Program.
