Perception of Work Ethics and Professionalism on Work Output of Hall Assistants at the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana

Abstract: This paper explored the perspectives of hall assistants at the four halls of residence of the University of Education, Winneba regarding work ethics and professionalism, and how their knowledge of these concepts affects their work output.
