Perceptions of Conflict between Self-Efficacy, Job Satisfaction, and Work-Life Balance among University Teachers

Abstract: The study explored the relationship between work-life balance, perceptions of personal conflict between work and family, university teachers' self-efficacy, and job satisfaction.
