Percutaneous mitral valve repair with the MitraClip: early results from the MitraClip Asia-Pacific Registry (MARS)

Abstract: Results from the Asia-Pacific region show that the MitraClip procedure is effective in reducing mitral regurgitation and has favourable short-term safety outcomes.

“…The M itraClip in the A sia‐Pacific R egi s try (MARS) is a multicenter retrospective registry, involving eight sites in five Asia‐Pacific countries (Australia, China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore), that collects data on patients with significant MR who have undergone the MitraClip procedure.
