OPQ is a company engaged in the automotive manufacturing industry. The company produces bolts for the safety area, it is related to the lower body of the four-wheeled vehicle. PT. OPQ was established in 2014 and today has already been the supplier for several major automotive companies in Indonesia. The demand of PT OPQ that must be fulfilled is increasing as the amount of consumer is increasing too. Due to the high demand, so the raw material stockout occurs. This make the company's service level is below the standard. This study involved 48 sku of material raw materials that have normal distributed demand. Inventory policy applied in this research is periodic review (R, s, S) with the aim to minimize total cost of inventory and improve service level of company. The result of this research was found to decrease total inventory cost by 15% with the value of existing inventory cost Rp1.100.879.479,- to Rp 936.061.349,- . In addition, service level at PT. Penerapan metode pembelajaran konvensional seperti ceramah menjadi kontradiktif dengan perkembangan media pembelajaran saat ini. Pada era globalisasi dan digitalisasi, pembelajaran harus beradaptasi dengan perubahan untuk tetap relevan dan efektif. Pembelajaran digital merupakan solusi tepat melihat perubahan tersebut. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil validasi para ahli terhadap pengembangan media pembelajaran e-modul Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan berbasis mobile learning serta hasil uji coba media sehingga tepat digunakan oleh mahasiswa dengan trend teknologi saat ini. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi mobile, diharapkan mahasiswa dapat mengakses konten pembelajaran kapan saja dan di mana saja, memberikan fleksibilitas yang lebih besar dalam proses pembelajaran. Media e-modul ini dirancang untuk menyajikan materi pembelajaran secara visual, interaktif, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan mahasiswa. Subjek yang terlibat adalah tiga orang ahli, terdiri dari ahli materi, ahli media dan ahli bahasa serta 66 orang mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Bandung. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah metode Research and Development (R&D). Adapun metode pengumpulan data validasi ahli dan hasil uji coba mahasiswa diberikan melalui kuisioner offline dan online. Hasil penilaian tersebut kemudian diolah dan disesuaikan dengan rubrik penilaian. Diperoleh hasil rata-rata validasi ketiga ahli sebesar 85.83% menunjukkan bahwa media e-modul berbasis mobile learning sangat layak untuk dimanfaatkan. Selanjutnya media e-modul ini juga diuji cobakan kepada 66 mahasiswa dengan hasil prosentasi 80.11% pada kategori sangat layak. Dari itu, seluruh penilaian ahli dan mahasiswa menunjukan bahwa e-modul Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan berbasis mobile learning layak digunakan. Sehingga dapat digunakan pada proses pembelajaran di Perguruan Tinggi.

Machine is a vital tool of the company in helping the production process. Every company expects the production to run smoothly, but sometimes it is hampered by damage that happened to the machine, so that the production process is disrupted and causes losses to the company. Engine damage can be minimized by regularly evaluating the condition of the spare parts. In practice, if the spare parts inventory policy is not accurate it will cause stock outs or overstocks, which can lead to more costs for the company. The worst case is if there is no spare part stored in the warehouse when it is needed, it can make the production floor stopped, which in the end makes the company can’t fulfil their production target. This research aims to obtain an optimal preventive maintenance schedule by calculating the machine’s reliability and inventory provisioning policy for the spare parts according to predicted amount that will be needed in the future calculated using Markov chains so the company can determine the reorder point (r) and the economic order quantity (EOQ).
