Analysis of the selection of the MRP(Material Requirement Planning) method for the control of raw materials for making caster wheels at CV Karya Teknik Makmur. The application of this MRP method is to control the supply of raw materials for caster wheel products at CV Karya Teknik Makmur. The manufacture of caster wheels in this company has problems in calculating inventory cost that have not been detailed for each type of cost incurred and the amount of raw material inventory tha often does not match productiion needs, both shortage and excesses, causing considerable costs. By using the calculation of lot for lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and Fixed Order Quantity (FOQ). The number and period of ordering will produce the most optimal result when carried out with a lot for lot (LFL) order, because the order is carried out according to the required needs so that there is no inventory and the storage cost becomes non-existent.
