Abstract:The Biodiesel was prepared from waste vegetable cooking oil that was collected from potato chips factory. It was prepared at the laboratories of faculty of Science Ain Shams University by transesterification method. The oil was filtered and heated, then methanol was added in the presence of potassium hydroxide as a catalyst.
