Today, although the frequency spectrum is limited, users are given a fixed frequency. With the excessive increase in the number of users in wireless communication, the frequency spectrum becomes insufficient. The main reason for this is the inefficient use of the frequency spectrum. To use the spectrum efficiently, cognitive radio technology has emerged that allows dynamic spectrum access. This technology paves the way for licensed and unlicensed users to work together. A large number of antennas at the transmitter and receiver positively affects the performance of the system. The resulting channel capacity and signal transmission speed have improved the characteristics of the system. In this study, energy sensing method, one of the spectrum sensing methods, is used. The effect of different communication channels on the system performance is investigated with energy sensing method. The performance of the system is analyzed at different channels.
