Green event remains an issue under debate in the effort to support sustainable tourism today, because the result of the previous research has not found a standard model for the implementation of the green event concept. This research describes the views of the village tourism managers on the green event model developed by the Bali State Polytechnic. Green events are developed on the basis of two aspects: green and cultural aspects. Data were collected through questionnaires sent by email and by post to village tourism managers. There are a hundred tourist villages planned to be developed in Bali and all are made research samples. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics. The results of the study indicate that the understanding of green aspects includes green foods, waste management, natural materials, and ecosystem is averagedly quite good. The result of the analysis from the cultural aspect is very good, meaning that the culture practised by the community gives a strong impetus to keep the environment sustainable so that the harmonious relationship with nature, humans, and God is maintained through the activities in Tourism Villages. Other results indicate that an understanding related to the ecosystem, the green food, and the waste management needs a special attention to further improve understanding. Green event as an alternative product in supporting the tourist village is very much expected by the managers that will further be synergized with the existing culture. The combination of both green event and existing culture is quite unique and will constantly keep the concept of sustainable tourism. These findings give a contribution to the theory of green tourism or sustainable tourism which is built upon the event and based on the blend of modern and traditional concepts. Objective - Health assessment on microfinance institutions was conducted through non-financial measurements consisted of assessment on general and risk managements. The assessment was commonly used to assess commercial banks. Microfinance institutions, however, are differed to commercial bank in terms of their closeness to the poor. The paper presented the development and analysis of non-financial performance measures using local culture basis that can be applied to properly assess microfinance institutions. Methodology/Technique - Qualitative study with ethnomethodology approach was applied to see cultural activities undertaken. Managers were considered as key informants. Results of qualitative study were analyzed using Fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process method and Weighted Product Model was applied to weight the criteria and sub-criteria as well as the final assessment. Findings - Results showed that local culture activities that could be used to assess general management in microfinance institutions were providing assistance in establishing places of worship, supporting religious activities, supporting the development of facilities and infrastructures in the villages, relief activities of cultural festival, helping in funeral, wedding favors, educational assistance, medical assistance, forming arts groups, and business group. The Decentralized financial system (DFS) is a sector in growth in developing countries. It offers financial services to actors rejected by formal banks because of their risk. therefore, a strict monitoring of this sector is needed to anticipate and avoid the bankruptcies of DFSs. In this context, an early warning model is a feasible solution. The aim of this paper is to develop a model of alert capable of predicting the difficulties of microfinance institutions. Data processed from 49 DFSs over 5 years led to a model explaining up to 80% of the likelihood of bankruptcy. Statistically positive results show that any increase in the portfolio at risk, the provisions on outstanding loans and the provisions on total assets leads to an increase in the probability of difficulty for the DFSs, thus increasing its insolvency risk while any increase in the equity risk coverage ratio, the operating income on owner's equity, the loan coverage by deposits ratio, the profit margin and the outstanding deposits on total assets leads to a decrease in the probability of default for the DFSs.
