Abstract:Ridge gourd (Luffa acutangula) is a popular warm-season vegetable that may be grown commercially from seeds. It has a high water and nutrient content, as well as protein, fat, carbs, minerals, and vitamins. Ridge gourd blooms are hermaphrodite, andromonoecious, and gynoecious.
