Abstract:This study applied the descriptive-correlation research design to assess the performance of barangay officials in terms of their delivery of devolved basic services and facilities during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study’s respondents were the 108 barangay officials and the 360 constituents of a certain municipality in Negros Oriental, Philippines.
