Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the Descemet membrane endothelial keratoplasty (DMEK) preparation performance of trainee surgeons in an ex vivo human donor cornea DMEK wet lab simulation setting.MethodsHuman donor corneoscleral rims unsuitable for transplantation were obtained from Moorfields Lions Eye Bank.
