Abstract:Perianal ulcers (PAUs) related to antihemorrhoidal product use have been recently reported in the literature through a few case reports. However, other etiologies of PAU must be ruled out, including infectious disease, inflammatory disease, malignancy, pressure injuries, radiotherapy, and other topical drugs.
