Abstract: Key Clinical MessageCemento‐osseous dysplasia (COD) belongs to a group of fibrous osseous disorders that can masquerade as periapical inflammatory conditions in the jawbones. We present a rare case of COD occurring in a patient who also had periapical periodontitis concurrently.
