Periapical Healing of Mandibular Posteriors Having Calcific-Like Deposits: A Rare Case Report

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to present an interesting case of a shirt sleeve cuff-shaped hypercementosis associated with mandibular premolar and first molar.A 35-year-old healthy female patient was referred to our clinic by a general dentist. A diagnosis of hypercementosis with pulp necrosis was made. The root canal was prepared using the sequential hand files and rotary files.
