Perinatal Outcome of Pregnancies Complicated by Placenta Accreta

Abstract: Pregnancies complicated by placenta accreta are at increased risk for perinatal adverse outcome. We speculate that these findings may arise from pathological implantation of the placenta, resulting in interference with normal fetal growth.
