Periodontal health is the key for overall health

Abstract: Periodontal diseases affect about 20–50% of the population worldwide. Periodontitis is the infection of the tissues that areis initiated by plaque deposition along with anaerobic microbiota, for example, Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans, Bacteroides forsythus,_and_Porphyromonas gingivalis. The repercussion of plaque deposition is calculus formation which augments inflammation.
