Perioperative Granulocyte Colony-Stimulating Factor Does Not Prevent Severe Infections in Patients Undergoing Esophagectomy for Esophageal Cancer

Abstract: Perioperative administration of G-CSF failed to reduce postoperative morbidity, infection rate, or mortality in patients with esophageal cancer who underwent esophagectomy.
