Abstract: Introduction: Lipoma is a common benign, slow-growing soft tissue neoplasm. Periosteal lipomas of the proximal radius causing posterior interosseus nerve (PIN) palsy are the rarest.  Due to specific anatomical relationships, proximal antebrachial lipomas can easily compress PIN.
