Abstract: Pelvic venous disorder (PVD) in women is a polyetiological multifactorial disease characterized by a high prevalence (up to 80%), a high risk of infertility, and a progressive recurrent course. Morphological changes of the venous bed occur in PVD, contributing to retrograde blood flow and pelvic phlebohypertension.
