Abstract: Liver involvement in lymphoma often manifests as nonoccupying diffuse infiltration, posing challenges in distinguishing it from primary liver disorder. Herein, we present the case of a 21‐year‐old female who underwent two separate diagnoses within a nine‐month interval before being ultimately diagnosed with peripheral T‐cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified.
