A higher adipose tissue attenuation (less negative HU on CT) is suggestive of inflammation due to arrest of lipid maturation 25 . Therefore, another explanation for our findings is the symptom status of patients: baseline CTCA was performed in symptomatic patients whereas the follow-up scan was a research study performed when patients were stable.…”
