Permissible Public Cooperation in the Field of Public Administration - Opportunity for Enterprises

Abstract: Public cooperation is aimed at ensuring the functioning of public administration. Some forms of cooperation are subject to a regulatory regime for European procurement directives, some forms of cooperation within the public and private sector is not subject to this regime.
