Permodelan Karakteristik Biodiesel Dari Minyak Jelantah

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat biodiesel dari minyak jelantah yang diperoleh dari produsen gorengan dengan dua tahapan esterifikasi dan transesterifikasi, hasil akhir dari biodiesel kemudian di uji melalui 3 karakteristik sederhana yaitu densitas, viskositas dan Asam Lemak Bebas Produk biodiesel, Densitas hari pertama 882 kg/m3,hari ke 15 adalah 889 kg/m3 dan hari ke 30 adalah 889 kg/m3.
