Perpetual Pulsewidth Counter

Abstract: The Perpetual Pulsewidth Counter (PPWC) provides an excellent capability for precise pulsewidth or time-interval detection. This efficient and inexpensive circuit solution will overcome the known difficulties of conventional pulsewidth detectors.
