As a very unique subject, Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) is here to be a bridge that combines the three learning domains namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor. This study aims to analyze the knowledge of students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD), Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Mataram on the concepts of physical education, sports, and health which are presented in the curriculum courses. The questions that appeared in the questionnaire were developed based on the concepts of physical education, sports, and health as subjects which were divided into three main variables, namely (1) the definition of PJOK; (2) the purpose of the PJOK; (3) PJOK activities. The collected data were analyzed using the Guttman scale by giving a score of 1 for the correct answer and 0 for the wrong answer. PGSD students have a very good level of knowledge of the PJOK concept with a percentage of 84.09%. In terms of the main variable PJOK, student knowledge is in a good category (92.44%). For the PJOK objective variable, a percentage of 82.05% is also included in the very good category. Meanwhile, the PJOK activity variable obtained a percentage result of 78.30% in the good category. Searching for students' knowledge of the PJOK concept is one of the efforts to improve the quality of PJOK learning in order to optimize the achievement of learning objectives amidst limitations and various obstacles.

The problems in this study originated from the results of researchers' observations on the level of knowledge of the Pra-Porpov Surakarta martial arts (pencak silat) team athletes. Many factors influence it, including recurrent injuries to the pencak silat team athletes during training or pre-competitions and competitions. The recurring injuries are due to the lack of knowledge of athletes about handling ankle injuries, and many still do not care enough to complete the rehabilitation period after an ankle injury. During the post-injury rehabilitation period, an exercise therapy phase will occur before returning to sports activities to restore the joint range of motion and strengthen the muscles in the ankle joint. This research is quantitative with a descriptive form because the results are presented as systematic calculations. The sample in this study was 17 athletes consisting of 10 male athletes and seven female athletes (three male athletes in the arts category, seven male athletes in the sparring category, three female athletes in the arts category, and four female athletes in the sparring category). The sampling technique used the total sampling technique, and the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data were analyzed descriptively. The results of this study can be concluded that the level of knowledge of the Pra-Porpov Surakarta pencak silat team athletes about ankle injuries is in the "fair" category. However, it is necessary to conduct further research on psychological, physiological, and physical condition factors and other factors related to improving the achievement of pencak silat athletes.

The use of the lecture method causes students to be less interested in learning so that student learning outcomes are low. This study aims to find out the effect of applying the Picture and Picture Learning Model assisted by Quizizz on the acquisition of science learning outcomes for fourth grade elementary school students on animal life cycle material. This study applies a quantitative experimental method using a Pretest-Posttest Control Group research design with 20 multiple choice questions as research instruments. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics, normality test with Liliefors test, homogeneity test with Fisher's test, hypothesis testing with t-test, and test effect size. The results of hypothesis testing show that tcount > ttable (4.5233 > 2.0452), then H1 is accepted. It can be concluded that there is an influence from the use of the Picture and Picture Learning Model assisted by Quizizz on the science learning outcomes of fourth grade elementary school students. Penggunaan metode ceramah menyebabkan siswa kurang tertarik pada saat berlangsungnya pembelajaran sehingga hasil belajar siswa menjadi rendah. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mencari tahu pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran picture and picture berbantuan Quizizz terhadap perolehan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SD pada materi siklus hidup hewan. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kuantitatif eksperimen menggunakan desain penelitian pretest-posttest control group dengan 20 butir soal pilihan ganda sebagai instrumen penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas dengan uji liliefors, uji homogenitas dengan uji fisher, uji hipotesis dengan uji-t, dan uji effect size. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa thitung > ttabel (4,5233 > 2,0452), maka H1 diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari penggunaan model pembelajaran picture and picture berbantuan Quizizz pada hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SD.
