Persistent Extrasynaptic Hyperdopaminergia in the mouse Hippocampus Induces Plasticity and Recognition Memory Deficits Reversed by Antipsychotics

Abstract: Evidence suggests that subcortical hyperdopaminergia alters cognitive function in schizophrenia and antipsychotic drugs (APD) fail at rescuing cognitive deficits in patients.
