Person-Job Fit and Subjective Underemployment in Multinational Companies

Abstract: Using a multiple regression analysis, this paper studied existing links between person-job fit and subjective underemployment. Subjective underemployment is a contemporary topic especially in multinational companies, characterized by procedures that often make employees perceive themselves as un-fit with their role.
