Personality Correlates of the Four-Factor Model of Cultural Intelligence

Abstract: We examine relationships between Big Five personality and the four-factor model of cultural intelligence (CQ)—metacognitive CQ, cognitive CQ, motivational CQ, and behavioral CQ.
