Personality disorder chiefly presenting with chronic dream reality confusion: A case report.

Abstract: The phenomenon of having difficulty differentiating experiences in sleep and wakefulness is called dream-reality confusion (DRC) and can cause significant functional impairment along with diagnostic challenges.
