Abstract:In spite of new therapeutics and diagnostics, thrombosis‐related diseases including heart failure and stroke remain the leading cause of death globally and a major healthcare burden. Pharmacogenomic studies may reduce the burden of thrombotic diseases by aiding treatment individualization with the most appropriate anti‐coagulant and anti‐platelet therapeutics.
