“…Directors of clinical training were not asked to report statistics on clinic throughput and finances, resulting in a 33item questionnaire for that group. Six questions (Sections C1, C2, C4, and C8) were drawn directly or almost directly from Calhoun and Green (1984), the only previous known survey of clinic directors and directors of clinical training; remaining questions were developed for the present research.
