Perspectives of Women Who Forgo Post-mastectomy Breast Reconstruction: A Mixed Methods Analysis

Abstract: Background: Despite a growing body of evidence suggesting improved psychosocial well-being and survival after post-mastectomy breast reconstruction (PMBR), rates remain stagnant at approximately 40%.
