Pertanggungjawaban Notaris Dalam Penyisipan Klausul Pelepasan Gugatan Notaris Atas Akta Yang Dibuatnya

Abstract: Dalam pembuatan akta autentik oleh Notaris, tidak menutup kemungkinan adanya itikad buruk dari para pihak. Beberapa Notaris ingin memperkuat perlindungan dirinya dengan meminta kepada para penghadap untuk mencantumkan Klausul Pelepasan Tanggung Jawab Notaris dalam akta yang dibuatnya.
