Pesquisa Convergente-Assistencial E Sua Aplicação Em Cenários Da Enfermagem

Abstract

O objetivo é apresentar uma abordagem de investigação denominada Pesquisa Convergente-Assistencial(PCA) e sua aplicação em campos da Enfermagem brasileira. Um rastreamento durante o período de 2000 a 2006 mostrouque esta abordagem foi utilizada como referencial metodológico em pesquisas publicadas, predominantemente, em 5bibliotecas universitárias, em 11 diferentes periódicos e em 5 anais, totalizando 89 publicações. Destas, 53 foram dissertaçõesde mestrado, 6 teses de doutorado e 30 pesquisas publicadas em forma de artigo. Tais publicações revelam que os focosdas pesquisas incluíram: acidentes de trabalho, sistematização da assistência, consultas de enfermagem, educação, processode trabalho e violência, entre outros. Quanto às áreas, a cobertura se fez em: materno-infantil, educação, psiquiatria, saúdecoletiva e segurança do trabalho. Conclui-se que a modalidade PCA vem se mostrando uma investigação socialmenteaceita, com ampla aderência nas práticas assistenciais e apresentando indícios de mudanças nessas práticas de Enfermagemem Serviços de Saúde.

Problematization Methodology and Convergent Healthcare Research: praxis proposal in research
