Abstract:The Alborz-Azerbaijan magmatic zone in northern Iran is one of the important zones of magmatic activity in the Cenozoic. Lithologically, this complex consists of olivine gabbro, monzogabbro, dolerite, and gabbro with granular, intergranular, and porphyritic textures.
