Abstract:This study evaluated the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic profile of the vildagliptin 100 mg sustained release (SR) administered once daily compared to vildagliptin 50 mg immediate release (IR) administered twice daily in healthy, adult human subjects under fed conditions.
