Pharmacokinetics and Efficacy of Linezolid in a Gerbil Model of Streptococcus pneumoniae -Induced Acute Otitis Media

Abstract: The oxazolidinone linezolid represents a new antibacterial class of potential benefit in managing multidrugresistant gram-positive infections, including those caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae.
