Abstract:Anacetrapib is a cholesteryl ester transfer protein inhibitor intended for the treatment of dyslipidemia. A phase 1 study was conducted to examine the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of multiple doses of anacetrapib in black compared to white healthy subjects.
