Pharmacokinetics of High-Dose Meropenem in Adult Cystic Fibrosis Patients

Abstract: Because patients with cystic fibrosis (CF) have pulmonary exacerbations secondary to multi-antibiotic-resistant Gram-negative bacilli, antibiotics, like meropenem, are often utilized.
