Abstract:Novel furoxan/coumarin hybrids were synthesized, and pharmacologic studies showed that the compounds displayed potent antiproliferation activities via downregulating both the phosphatidylinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) pathway and the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway.
