Pharmacokinetics of Tranexamic Acid in Neonates, Infants, and Children Undergoing Cardiac Surgery With Cardiopulmonary Bypass

Abstract: T ranexamic acid (TXA) is often used to reduce blood loss and need for transfusion in children undergoing cardiac surgery.
