Abstract:The main objective of this study was to determine the antioxidant activity of Trigonella foenum-grecum L. seeds. The significance of the bioactive compounds found in these seeds was evaluated by GC-MS. The 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), Superoxide dismutase (SOD), and Catalase (CAT) tests are common ways to assess antioxidant activity.
