Pharmacological Evaluation of Marginally Designed New Profen Analogues

Abstract: Objective: Pharmacological evaluate of hydrazide, marginal analogues of naproxen, flurbiprofen and ibuprofen, well established COX inhibitors, with the goal to identifying a Cyclooxygenase (COX) inhibitor(s) with optimum potency and efficacy.
