In this article, we report the phytochemical analysis of a sample of D. oleoides collected from a spontaneous population growing in Sardinia Island to verify if the isolated environment may have favored the development of a peculiar secondary metabolites pattern, as we already evidenced in other species growing in restricted areas and, in particular, in Sardinian territory . In fact, Sardinia, according to ‘Conservation International’ is part of the ten ‘mini‐Hotspots’ recognizable in the Mediterranean basin.…”
