Pharmacotherapy in Anaemia of Pregnancy: Comparison of Oral Ferrous Sulphate, Intravenous Iron Sucrose

Abstract: Aim: To analyse the outcome of oral and intravenous therapy of iron preparations in treating anaemia in pregnant women. Study Design: Prospective Study.
