Abstract:This paper investigates the processes of phase formation of solid solutions of (1 − x)BaTi0.85Zr0.15O3 − xAgNbO3 where x = 0, 0.03, 0.06, 0.09. The optimal temperatures of synthesis and sintering are determined. From the results of X-ray diffraction analysis, it follows that all solid solutions have a perovskite-type structure.
