“…Among these, the most stable ones (i.e., those that display the darkest green quarters) are those involving the alkali and alkaline earth elements (i.e., K, Rb, Cs, Ca, Sr, Ba). Indeed, all these findings are entirely consistent with available experimental evidence for both La and Mn , site doping. We note though that K, Rb and Cs have not been considered in experimental work in the past, and hence, constitute new dopants identified by this study.…”

“…Moreover, the crystallite sizes of La 0.5 K 0.5 MnO 3 and La 0.5 K 0.5 Mn 0.7 Ce 0.3 O 3 increased, which was attributed to the distortion of the crystal after doping. 20,21 Table 2 lists the specific surface area and pore size of LaMnO 3 , La 0.5 K 0.5 MnO 3 , and La 0.5 K 0.5 Mn 0.7 Ce 0.3 O 3 ; the larger pore size corresponds to the smaller surface area in general. LaMnO 3 has the largest surface area, 35.05 m 2 g −1 , and the pore diameter is 3.06 nm.…”

“…As shown in the Figure 6, the activity order of prepared catalysts was as follows: Pd/ La 0. 8 /g. According to the FTIR and H 2 -TPR analysis, ZSM-5 had more acid sites and higher reducibility than the other zeolites (NaY, MOR, and Beta).…”

“…Perovskite-type mixed metal oxides with the general formula ABO 3 had attracted attention as oxidation catalysts, because of high thermal stability, oxygen mobility and low cost [6,7]. But the light-off temperature of perovskite was higher than the noble metal catalysts, many researchers had reported that the light-off temperature of perovskite could be decreased by doping with noble metals (Pt, Pd, and Au) [8,9]. Besides that, the powder perovskites exhibit low surface areas, which inhibit the catalytic activity of the powder perovskites.…”
